Liens Information

You may have a lien applied to your home if you are 3 years or more behind in your dues.

Liens cost $500.

If you get a lien, do not pay our law firm. You will need to pay the HOA. To remove the lien, you will owe your past dues amount plus the $500 lien filing fee.

After the check has cleared the bank, our law firm will remove the lien.
